I am releasing all fears and doubts, for I am understanding that they only keep me from experiencing life to its fullest. I am now choosing to free myself from all destructive fears and doubts. I am learning to trust the process of life. I am releasing the need to control out of fear. I am trusting that I am on this earth for a grand purpose, and that I am safely protected from any circumstance that will keep me from fulfilling my purpose. I am understanding that my fears exists from lack of knowledge or lack of trust. I am now choosing to heal my distrust and fill that void with knowledge and understanding. I am now choosing to take control of my fears, and never again let them control me. I am loved and I am safe.
